In order to achieve the investor´s goals, we take following steps:
- We take full responsibility for property management of your building and set up all necessary processes in compliance with current Czech legislation including GDPR norm. We make sure the entire documentation is updated and we meet all given deadlines related to property´s administration and technology.
- We will represent you in meetings with tenants, suppliers and the Czech authorities. We will build great relationships with tenants and we do our best to exceed their expectations and meet all their needs.
- We take care of property accounting. We take over financial management of your property, rent and service charge collection including claim management. We are going to issue the invoices, to keep books, to index rents and to prepare the regular financial reporting.
- We prepare professional CAPEX and OPEX investment plan, manage and control its implementation.
- Our property management is efficient and always optimizes operational cost. We conduct regular inspections and audits. And we strive for the highest international environmental certifications such (LEED and BREEAM) compiling documentation for the certification process.
- We coordinate and control all service suppliers and cooperating companies especially of facility management, security, cleaning (including winter cleaning) and greenery.
- We work with innovative technologies and implement the latest trends such as sustainability, electromobility, automatization and smart building technologies. All that in order to enhance the position of your building in the long-term perspective.
